Smoke Detector Installation

We install and replace hardwired, interconnected smoke detectors in homes. Hardwired detectors run off your home's electrical system with no batteries to fail. Replacement every 10 years is recommended.

Stella Simple

Stella Simple is our residential electrical maintenance plan. For $10 a month, you get an annual 8-point inspection covering your panel, detectors, GFCI and AFCI outlets, grounding, and indoor and outdoor systems.

Ceiling Fan Installation

We install and replace ceiling fans, including models with dimmable lights and remote controls. Simple replacements start around $75. Full installations with new wiring typically run between $200 and $500.

Exhaust Fan Installation

We install bathroom exhaust fans, kitchen range hoods, whole home ventilation systems, and attic fans. Bathroom exhaust fan installation typically costs between $300 and $500. Financing available.

Hot Tub Wiring

We wire hot tubs and spas for homeowners, including dedicated circuit installation, GFCI upgrades, panel evaluation, and grounding. Hot tub wiring typically costs between $900 and $1,500.
