Led by founder and medical director Dr. Madhavi Chada, a triple board-certified physician with more than 25 years of experience, our team treats acute and chronic back, neck, knee, joint and nerve pain. Services include epidural and facet injections, selective nerve blocks, rhizotomy, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulation, minimally invasive lumbar decompression and SI joint treatments. We welcome local residents, military personnel, veterans and families, accept TRICARE and most major insurance plans, and offer timely appointments.
