About Helping Families

Helping Families is a psychotherapy practice based in Bethesda, Maryland, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, teens, couples, and adults. With over 50 years of combined clinical experience, our team offers personalized psychotherapy and comprehensive mental health evaluations in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. We specialize in psychotherapy, ADHD and mental health evaluations, couples counseling, and treatment for anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, autism, and relationship challenges. Services are available in person at our Bethesda office and through secure telehealth across the state of Maryland.
